Beach bar & a sundowner
Logbook: 2024.07.05 Ilovik to Levan

Again not too much wind forecasted for today. Levan is a very tiny island just off the mainland near Medulin city. Clear water and 3-5 meters before the island makes it a good anchorage spot. Not only for me, but some 30 or so small water craft as well. The beach bar offers cocktails and food. A place like the Caribbean. Towards the evening, most boats left. It went more quiet. The beach bar closing. Only two small motor boats stayed over night.

The rocky bottom isn’ t a good ground for the anchor to find hold. As there is wind predicted for the night, I re-park the Jolie Fleur three times to find a halfway acceptable spot. Not great, so it keeps me awake to make sure we are not drifting away.
