Two days’ hard work to get her ready for the trip.
Sails needed to get from the winter storage to the rig, the Bimini the same.
Added a solar panel for more autonomy, which needed some additional wiring and a controller. 3D printed an interface panel that fits into the place of the previous autopilot display.
This display moved to the side of the door. Upgraded the autopilot controller and multifunction display to the later model. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the bus system. It took me a while to find that error; I had added the terminals to a satellite, not the backbone. Some additional wiring later, the displays work just fine :-).
Provisioned the basics, like water, spaghetti, and muesli. Topped that up with some beers, just to make sure all is in balance.
All tidied up and mostly ready to go. Now taking the car back to Munich and returning in two or three days with the motorcycle.
